Lafayette Regional Airport is one step closer in gaining funding needed to build a new terminal it aims to complete by 2020.
Members of the Acadiana Legislative Delegation joined airport commission Friday to announce $13.5 million in capital outlay funding has been allocated toward the $90 million project.
