The last time Ray Green dined at Golden Corral with a few friends, he had to place his elbows on the table to lift his 81-year-old body from the chair.
He spilled three drinks and two plates of food in the process.
“It’s very embarrassing,” he says. “It’s humiliating and disgusting for some of us to go through situations like this.”
The situation Green refers to could have been avoided with something as simple as an armchair.
